  • The Ethics and Integrity Program must be established and periodically reviewed based on risks, size and financial capacity.
  • Timely and accurate communication of all relevant business or organization issues must be ensured.
  • The strategic orientation of the company and the effective control of the management by the board of directors and accountability to the company and shareholders must be guaranteed.
